It's over half year didn't try any japanese buffet at all.

Today, is our secondary school schoolmate grouping (we didn't see each other over 2 years ). Location is set to Tsuen wan.

Firstly, we plan to eat some hotpot buffet, as one of us ask to eat hotpot everytime no matter the season. ( I think he love it very much). But last week, i walk through tsuen wan, see this small restaurant with an attractive price, $108/ person (with 10% plus). So i suugest to change our default this year

Today is very heavy rain  all the day. I go to the restaurant at 7:45pm to have a look first (as i try it over a years before ). Happily find that the restaurant is full of people, while the other shops nearby are not crowded at all ( as today too havey rain, not much people come out, otherwise the shop in that street are usual full of people)

The boss say at weekdays, the buffet offer is seperate in 2 period. 6:30pm -8:30, 8:30 to 10:30.

At 8:25, i went into the shop front door. Firstly no waiter answer me till 1-2 minutes later a waitress ask me do what ? I say i book the time 8:30pm buffet, and ask can i sit down first ? Then she arrange me a table at about 5 minutes later.

The food is similar to other japanese buffet, but seems with less 燒物 can order (eg. without 一口牛)

Then i start to order Sashimi 刺身 and 炸蝦.

No more photo can show on blog as other all with people face : )

Finally we finished our dinner at 10:30pm, with $120  per person

Comment :

1) This restaurant is small shop, about 40 seat , 10 table around. No pretty dressing at all. But is clean, not dirty.

2) As i love 刺身 very much, (i can eat over 1 kg of salmon myslef : ) , so if the salmon 刺身 is good. I say the shop is good. For This restaurant, I give it over 90 mark for 刺身  ! As u see the photo, the salmon thickness and size is above average, and it is fresh, plus no missing order. So i say it is good !

My friend also say the 刺身 is good in size and freshness.

3) Missing food is common problem at this kind of buffet. However, missing is not much happen today ( even i at lease order 刺身 4-5 times , i think i eat over 40 pieces myself today...) 

4) The taste of other food is average only, not special at all...and the kind of food can choose is not very much....some is provided at wong po shop but not at tsuen wan here.

5) The service is ok.

6) if add $10, can have unlimit drink of soft drink and bear ( but we save the $10 to eat 許流山 after the dinner..i don't think why my friend have so much space to eat after the buffet.)

My Marking : for $120/person (included 10% s.c) eat 2 hours, with such quality,  i can give it over 8.5/10 !

If u like 刺身 at buffet, this restaurant suit u much (but of course is saying $120 quality, not the $few hundreds japanese food quality) . But if your main choice is to eat other hot disk, the taste and choice of food provided by this restaurant may not be yours, as all is average only.
